We ordered a hot and ready pizza along with crazy bread. We were told it would be an 8-10 minute wait and asked to pull around to the front. 30 minutes later, they brought us the wrong order. 10 minutes after that we got our food. They had made a fresh pizza, but that didn't really make up for the wait. The crazy bread wasn't cooked all the way through and after nearly an hour wait, I just don't see how that's possible.
For my pizza, it was said that they should move forward and deliver them to me. Three cars behind me came food and went. I'll wait 10 minutes for my food. All employees seemed confused. I asked for my money back, but no one had the authority to do that. I didn't leave food or money. This place needs help. I'll never return.
Pizza didn't wait fast, but when I asked for Parmesan, she gave me the packages. When I was in the car, we opened a package and it was Pepper. When I came back to her, she said, no, that's parmesan, I showed her and she said that what they were told to give customers.
It is sufficient in every respect. Nothing to overcome except prices. A good no-frills place to get a pizza. "Nuff said.
