We ordered online tonight. We missed all the sauces that were more than half the ordered items. We ordered a pizza, crazy combo, cheese bread and 8 cups of sauce. None of the sauces came and for some reason no one has decided to cut even the cheese bread. I was upset, but still okay until I tried to fix it. I was in my hands for 22 minutes because no one would answer the help line, and that was after I had called the store several times, and it just kept ringing and no one would pick up. After I brought FINALLY someone to help me, she said that I would get a refund, but when I asked how much was refunded, she said, I don't know you killed me!? I miss stuff from my order and you can't tell me how much I'm gonna be refunded because you guys messed up!? She reacted with the return department will find that . What does that even mean? I didn't get my stuff. Your customer service is ridiculous after you are those who made a mistake. I understand and get mistakes because we are all people. What I can't survive is the HORRIBLY sad apology for customer service. I'll never order from you again. I know this probably doesn't mean anything for you, but I'll make sure I tell everyone about it and hope they don't waste their time or money with you in the future.
