TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ORDERED MY FOOD, CHARGED ME FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT ORDER. DO NOT KNOW HOW TO ANSWER A PHONE. LITERALLY SAT IN STORE CALLING JUST TO SEE WHAT THEY'D DO. THEY LITERALLY JUST STARE INTI SPACE AND AVOID THE PHONE. THIS PLACE IS LITERALLY A JOKE. HIRE PEOPLE THAT WILL ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB OTHERWISE YOU ARE GIVING A PLACE THAT WAS ONCE LOVED BY MANY A TERRIBLE REP WITH THESE LAZY PEOPLE.
They answered the phone today 3/17/24 saying they will not take orders over the phone due to being short staffed and only 3 people working and that she was clocking out. I was ordering for a birthday party so it was a big order. Will go someplace else. If you answer the phone, you have time to take a order!
I stopped in on the 4th of July. They were busy, but that was not an issue. The service was great, food was ready quickly and the pizza was delicious.
