My boyfriend and I have been here 3 times overall and the food is always amazing! The bento box option is one of our go to choices and it 's very filling. Last night we brought our siblings with us since we were doing a gift exchange and wanted to eat before. The food was amazing as usual the only thing that made us not want to come back was how when we were getting our food we asked for soy sauce and sweet and sour sauce and when they brought the soy sauce I once again asked for sweet and sour sauce the lady working (I assume is one of the owners) asked why we wanted sweet and sour sauce and when I mentioned my bf wanted to use it on his rice she said no I don 't think you need it for that. I then explained he likes to use it on his rice and she rolled her eyes and walked away to grab the sauce. She made it seem like we were asking for something they didn 't have in store or as if we asked for something to be made out of no where. The young man that served us later came by and I asked for some more sweet and sour sauce for the potstickers and he said, sure and went and grabbed some for us without having us play 21 questions. It definitely made it seem as if we were being difficult and it kind of made our experience less pleasant than usual.

My wife went to the restaurant to pick up our orders around 11:40 am this morning. Although there were very few customers there, the receptionist appeared to be impatient and was extremely rude to my wife. He kept complaining how easy it could be to mix the orders and expressing such frustrations to my wife with very unpleasant tone.We live close by and have been ordering food from it to support the local businesses. However, after the above intimidating incident, we will no longer order food from it. Our dissatisfaction is on neither food quality nor service but the fundamental of treating customers. Therefore, I am giving one star review.

The owners are so rude, no smile, no greeting, but act like customers are trying steal order from them. Not just need to say your name, but need to say what you order, how did you order, and need to show order details in phone, which I could understand, but their attitude are so bad, they treat you like a thief. Pick ups are packed with no utensils, no napkins. If you don’t own the owner’s money, don’t go, otherwise you will feel like you own them money.

I really was disappointed ? I ordered food for take out and I had guests I had told my guests don’t eat spicy food no spice…I came home the tofu was so spicy the popcorn chicken was old I could tell it was a day old because it was so dark hard and spicy we could not chew it same with the fried rice chicken I was so embarrassed in front of my guests I threw the whole food in the garbage….

Family size portions are not family size at all...might be enough for maybe two people.Ordered chicken show mein, kung pow chicken, mangolian beef, and shrimp fried rice. The shrimp fried was soggy and salty and chow mein was greasy.We had just visited here and ate there a few days ago...was ok and wanted to try again. Unfortunately to go order was a disappointment.
