Dani García (estrella Michelín) abre un nuevo restaurante en Marbella (es el tercero y se espera uno más en 2018 junto a Albert Adria) y vuelve a sorprender a todo el que va. Hay un par de palabras que lo definen perfectamente: chiringuito urbano. ¿Lo que más me gustó? El pedazo de ambiente y decoración perfectamente complementado con un menú de chiringuito de auténtico lujo. ¿Lo que deberían mejorar urgentemente? Las gambas. No dan, ni de lejos, el nivel. De hecho, no deberían venderlas. El resto del menú me encantó: espectaculares boquerones, espeto de sardinas, tomate, etc.. Ah y te recomiendo especialmente pedir la sangría, de las mejores que he probado.

En un local con una decoración muy chula, donde predomina el blanco, una gran barra a la entrada, con algunas mesas altas, y un poco más al fondo mesas para sentarse a comer. Productos muy buenos del mar, muy bien tratados. Muy ricos los espetos, tanto el tradicional de sardinas como el horizontal de boquerones. Muy buenas frituras (ortiguillas o calamares), buen atún y muy ricas las conchas crudas, como la concha fina. Vinos a precios altos, algo que empieza a ser costumbre en Marbella. Un nuevo must a añadir, en el entorno de los 50€/persona.
Comer en un Restaurante del grupo del biestrellado Dani Garcia, es una garantía de buena calidad de producto y una explosión de sabores en un bonito entorno. Esta nueva experiencia de Dani en su tierra natal, se vuelca en la cocina mediterránea con excelentes productos tanto de la bahía de la Costa del Sol, como del Atlántico andaluz o el Cantábrico. Las sardinas riquísimas, el salmorejo, las gambas o el arroz negro, todo una delicia para el paladar. El local es grande y muy bien decorado, el servicio rápido y muy atento
