September 21, 2021: very disappointing wine map (no references and even no champagne in the entrance, melon without taste and full of water. for the dish, a promising beef tab piece visually but unfortunately the salière had to fall on the plate. accompanied by the tab, burgundy beef. a waitress who choose the tables that deserve a presentation of the dishes and a waitress that land before the end of the dish (I don't want it but that... for the cheese, the dish not made and especially that we find in the large surfaces! only lemon dessert was at the height of the hotel's standing and what can be expected from a menu to 48€.
For those who for budget reasons do not want to make the gastronomic restaurant, the Bistro Loiseau des Sens is a very good compromise. Very affordable menu at the rate level and above all very qualitative. The place is pleasant (we have dinner on the terrace) and the neat menus. The service remains impeccable and the selections of wines always as fair. Two champagne cups were offered to celebrate an event. We did the night service. This could also be a very good idea to do the lunch service soon and then go to the Spa Loiseau des sens in the afternoon.

An excellent reception, impeccable service, a very beautiful decoration and very refined dishes. In terms of quantity, it is difficult to have indigestion. I recommend going to dinner more than lunch.
