My favorite place but this was the worst visit ever . waiter put us in corner and took our drinks order which took 25: minutes to get them and my drink was wrong. After food order was took we waited bout hour and 15 min for food which was ice cold hubby broccoli never came they said they tried 3 times and messed it up each time and was working on 4 th try almost 30 minutes after we got cold food. Waiter never check on us we had to go to bar to get our drinks when we ask to speak to manager it took 35 min for him to come to table and was very rude no apologies just well what do you want me to. Waiter would walk pass us and never made eye contact we ask for bill as soon as we got food and it was cold that took 30 minutes to get. When walking out other customers were not happy about service or food. I will never return here I would of been better at McDonald's. Also my salad was messed up shrimp over cooked and cold Mac and cheese felt like it was refrigerator for a hr. I think they were short staff and our waiter wanted to be bartender not waiter is what we heard servers talking about we could never find him he stayed in back most night we were there for almost 3 hr and had to go home and reheat all our food
We ate here tonight to celebrate my progress in nursing school, and the service was HORRIBLE, our server disappeared for an HOUR, the bus boys were cleaning the table behind us and complaining about how he wanted to sit for a fucking minute , and the other server was too busy sitting at a table on her phone with her friends that she was serving, to help us. Needless to say I won 't be back.
Done with this place. Can't get an order right to save our lives lately.Not sure if it's new management or what? Doesn't really matter. Once again, get home to find out they left out a complete meal.
The young man that was our waiter was great. My meal was good but the Wild West Shrimp appetizer was very salty, could not eat more than a few bites even with the dip. It was also uncomfortably cold.
