a real london place that are forming with which they simply do not mix. Lord clyde southwark bridges variable are beer, bare food and benches. what is that? comfort. my colleague and I sat there to talk about the world. the horse race aired on TV. the barmann stood in focus on the next potential customers who approached the entry. we ordered eating, a simple choice in view of the limited menu. it expediently arrived. my pie minister jackfruit and ale pie atop pie and mash was a thing of beauty. it also tasted beautiful. my colleague ended his **** before she came to the kazien. I looked better and admired the beauty of the elegant historical decor. they don't do it anymore.

was happy enough to find this little one after last week, now that is what I call a real traditional london pub. also the great selection of drinks and dine was nice. it was all with a great conversation with the renter john at the bar. the people seem to have forgotten what it is to go in a pub and have a chat. (get your heads from your phones) and visit this pub and john and his team. I'll be back soon.

A no frills, hidden gem of a boozer. If you 've ever asked yourself where the London pubs that actually feel like London pubs are hiding, this is your answer. Friendly staff pour from a decent selection of taps in an atmosphere that feels both family-run and neighbourhood-centric. Great place to find Pieminister pies, to boot!

a pub in the neighbourhood where families enjoy a beer. this includes the latest baby. the owner has decorated the pub with photos of transatlantic steamships and brass sites decorated by the deck. a friendly place.

Favourite pub in SE1! Nice and cosy inside in the winter, but also a great spot to sit outside in the summer. Decent pint of Guinness as well.
