COLOMBIA Eat the World NYC review: Los Toldos is a friendly and charming place on Northern Boulevard to overload your table with home kitchen from this South American country. This stretch of blocks in Jackson Heights is something of a whole day and night Colombian fortress, and Los Toldos could be just the central jewel of the neighborhood.

It is always a pleasure to go to this humble restaurant, food was great as always. The waitress was very nice, the place was warm when we arrived and she immediately turned the air conditioning. They are very strict on the COVID regulations that we very much appreciate.

Wow! This place is sure great! I love their home made food. My overall experience at it’s been very pleasant. I understand that they usually run out of items since they have a lot of customers during the weekend. I love their seafood plate. Yummy!

Delicious Colombian cuisine at a great price and amazing service. Must try the “Picadilla” a range of fried meat, plantains, and Yuca or try the “Montañera” a traditional Colombian dish with all its best flavors of the country.

Little restaurant so give yourself time to sit. The food is delicious with homemade feeling.
