We have a holiday home in the village , and without doubt this is one of the best meals and atmospheres for dinning i have ever experienced .Its a family owned business and is only open in the summer months , using his own property , you look over there stunning vineyard in the shade of the trees .the wine is included on the set menu and is of a very high standard. But the menu which changes each year is varied and covers most tastes ,But when he cooks his steak on the BBQ on which he burns the old vines the flavours are superb When we have guests its a must to take them there ..
Zomaar binnen komen gaat niet want dit kleine fijne restaurant zit altijd vol. Zondag gereserveerd voor vrijdagavond en het wachtend was meer dan de moeite waard. In de maanden juli, augustus kookt de wijnboer voor een ieder die zijn keuken wil proeven en een beter woord dan geweldig dan ik niet vinden. Een mooie menukaart, prachtige wijnen en een heerlijk sfeertje midden tussen de wijnranken en wederom prijs/kwaliteit een topper.
We understand that this restaurant is only open for 2 months of the year but if it is well worth a visit when it is open. All the tables are outside with a lovely view of the vines. the food is traditional and tasty and the portions generous. there is plenty of choice including a children's menu. We will certainly go back when we are next in the area.
Hidden by large trees you'd easily miss this restaurant.€28 for a meal {2013} and 1/2 carafe of their wine.And its not budget food - its sublime, the food, the wine, the atmosphere & the location.I HIGHLY recommend this. Forget other fancy restaurant in Siran - this is worth every penny. I do recommend you book - to be safe - esp on Sat night,
