Luisa's Brick Oven

Louisa's has some of the best pizza in Charlotte.. It is a family owned establishment that serves traditional brick oven pizza that is a hybrid of traditional Italian pizzas, and the recipe is from a woman, Louisa, from Italy that opened the restaurant over 20+ years ago. They offer a buffet during the week that is a great value for 10, including a beverage. If you don't see a pizza that you would like, they will make it fresh, and a pie can be cooked in a matter of minutes, making it convenient for businessmen and people in the time crunch. The pizzas are above average on the price, but the ingredients are top quality and well worth the extra price. They also feature other classic Italian dishes, have several local beers on tap, and a good wine list. If you love pizza, this is one restaurant you have to try and tell them Wyatt sent you!

They went pretty light on the sauce so if you want sauce I would ask for extra. Otherwise it was great staff was kind and asked if everything was good. I didn't say anything about the sauce because the food was great and I was full and satisfied .

The pizza is as good as I remember it. Constructive feedback: I wish they would have called me to substitute the topping they were out of, instead of refunding the topping, and giving me a cheese pizza

This was my second visit. First one was a year ago. This time the power was out and they managed to still make my order for pickup! Great pizza and great people!

AMAZING! Wings,pizza,dessert EVERYTHING! We’re visited NC for a few days and decided to stop here. I got the garlic parm wings to go as well. Highly recommend
