Fomos ao restaurante para comer uma pizza.Com o menu na mão, e com o entrave do idioma, apontei no cardápio a pizza que queria, no valor de 30 Euros, julgando que aquele tamanho dava pra um casal. Não sei porque cargas d'agua o garçom anotou a pizza família (algo em torno de 48 Euros) - sem brincadeira a pizza parecia ser do tamanho de uma tampa de caixa dágua...Quando a tal pizza monstro chegou, o garçom largou na mesa e foi embora. Instintivamente e com muita fome peguei um pedaço e coloquei no meu prato... Mas, logo em seguida chamei o garçom e apontei novamente a mesma pizza no cardápio (de 30 euros) perguntando se eu estava comendo aquela... Ele disse que NÃO pois eu havia pedido a pizza gigante...Gente, como um casal poderia comer uma pizza daquelas???Além do mais eu não havia pedido a gigante.Reclamei.Ele me disse que eles iriam perder aquela pizza, então, nós poderíamos comer a mesma que eles cobrariam pela pizza grande (30 euros).Comemos muito, até encher, e meia pizza ficou na mesa, pois não era mais possível comer, estávamos cheios.Pedi a conta, o garçom trouxe a conta no valor total, e anotou embaixo a subtração do valor da diferença, sendo que o valor total da conta considerava uma pizza de 30 euros.Paguei aquilo, e em um tom super agressivo o garçom ironicamente disse que ELE pagaria pela diferença.Me senti muito constrangido pelo que o garçom fez, e se um dia voltar a Interlaken, não irei novamente nesse lugar.
We definitely got the impression that weren't as welcome to eat here as the locals were. Shorty after we arrived a local family were seated who had their drinks before we even got a drinks menu, which we had to ask for. Several times we wanted service from the staff, but they just kept rushing straight past us without making eye contact or asking us if we needed anything. The food was good, and the play area for the kids was nice too. But overall a bit expensive and lacking in service. We wouldn't go back.
Visited the Luna Piccante with friends during an overnight stay nearby touring Switzerland. The restaurant is quite large with indoor and outdoor seating. With a choice of a range of Italian cuisine you're spoilt for choice, pizza pasta, meats, fish, whatever you could want. With really friendly, quick table service, our evening was an enjoyable one. The food was well presented, and tasted fantastic, would definitely eat here again.
Large, busy and popular restaurant. Nice outdoor area with a play park for the children. We both had pasta. My partner enjoyed his more than I did but it wasn't bad. Service was a little slow and, like most places in Switzerland, we found it expensive but if you are looking for Italian food in the area you probably won't go far wrong visiting here.
