l'Union - Tisch reservieren

Das war mein fünfter Besuch. Genug, um eine informierte Meinung zu haben. Die Essszene in Epalinges war ok, aber es fehlte an bestimmter Qualität. Der Spalt wird schließlich gefüllt. Dies ist ein Qualitätsrestaurant, in Bezug auf Service, Ambiente und vor allem mit einem großen Koch. Ich habe nur versucht, die à la carte, die etwas teurer ist als andere lokale Restaurants, aber viel überlegen in Bezug auf Qualität. Es gibt ein spezielles sehr erschwingliches Mittagsmenü, das ich noch nicht versucht habe. Große Terrasse, die im Sommer schön ist (aber keine Aussicht und neben der Route de Berne leider). Sehr schönes Interieur... einfach renoviert und ein kleines Hotel angebracht. Aber die reale Wertvorstellung ist die Qualität der Nahrung. Ein Schritt über dem Rest in Epalinges

Better skip this restaurant. Shrimp risotto was tasteless and caused a indigestation with my friend who threw it up later
