Lure Fish House

What a disappointment: when you paying significant Money for a nice meal you should expect quality service, food and beverage! Tonight's experience missed the mark!We decided to get a quick bite and some refreshments before the rush on a Friday night! We stopped in at 3pm and grabbed a bench seat along the side in bar area. We started with a couple of cocktails! Happy hour starts at three so we thought we would start there first. We were not provided a menu thus we asked and waiter said well it doesn't start till three so I can put in a order. We just asked for a menu and according to my cell phone it was three. After Ten plus minutes we received a menu but not from our waiter. We finally ordered and the drinks were not placed in front of us. We had to reach across the table to get our drinks. The waiter never asked how are drinks were. And we had to wait and wait to order another: our waiter went missing. Finally order another and the drink was horrible: bees knee. Not a standard recipe: note grapefruit juice added. So I had to get another drink! Very difficult to get waiter attention. Meanwhile glasses and dishes that were finished were not taken away. I had to ask for dishes to be taken away. I also had to ask for more water, silverware and the list goes on....As for food: chowder always good and standard. Salad for 15 dollars was pathetic. Primarily just lettuce, lack other ingredients. I would skip unless you just want a bowl of lettuce!With this kind of experience: I might as well go to a fast food restaurant, at least I'll get my food fast and won't have to wait for food to be served! Also parking at this mall area can be horrible! Especially on Friday so be prepared!

It's my first time here and the third for my date. I didnt wonder why she wanted to go back here. It's the best clam chowder and crab cake ever. The linguine clam is one for the books too. Service is superb. We went in lunch time today waited to be seated for only 10mins despite the almost full house capacity. Marin, our server, was the most pleasant person on the floor who was always smiling and accommodating despite heavy foot traffic. My date and I were so impressed by her genuine politeness that we had to ask her name. It's amazing how she maintained her demeanor after 10 years in the service industry. She is the value-add on top of the gastronomic experience in Lure!

Review for March 30th 2022. Lure fish House is located in Porter Ranch California. It is a very nice fish restaurant and the customer service is second to none. Angelique was our server and she was absolutely perfect. I had the privilege to have dinner tonight with my friends Bill, Beth Pat and Lyle. I had the ahi steak dinner and it was absolutely delicious. It was served with rice and French fries. I also have the Merlot wine and it was very good. My overall experience wasabsolutely awesome. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who are fish enthusiasts. Thank you so much for the great customer service and the excellent quality food.

Really nice place. Good service. Very fresh in there. Spacious. Sat at the bar area and full menu was still available. Favorite dishes so far were the clam chowder and the blueberry cobbler for desert. Definitely coming back.

The food is great, and the service is attentive. Had the Blackened Cod and it was tender and flavorful. Started with the Ahi Poke with Taro Chips and they really enhanced each other to great taste and effect!
