Wow, wow, wow! Tried this place for the first time today and it truly is incredible. Lusy was there while I dined in and was super nice and hospitable. She gave my mother and I a sample of her grandmothers special leek soup and we were sold! We immediately ordered one to go. Eating at Lusy’s felt like eating at your favorite family member or friend’s house. The flavors are fresh and incredible and everything is cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the tea and the hummus. Also, the leek soup, of course. Though, honestly, you could try anything off the menu and not be disappointed. Everything is sure to please and to enlighten your taste buds.

Since 2006, Lusy’s Mediterranean Cafe Grill has been serving delicious, healthy Greek and Middle Eastern cuisine in a warm and inviting atmosphere where patrons are treated like family. This eatery takes pride in the fact that they never use any pre-made or packaged ingredients in their meal preparation. Dishes are prepared using family recipes that were passed down to Chef Lusy and everything is made fresh each day. The chicken shawarma and gyros plates are just a few of the main courses available.

The creamy chicken soup was absolutely incredible. Flavorful, light and very generous portions. Falafel was fresh, crisp on the outside and soft on the inside and pairs perfectly with the tzatiki, hummus and baba ganoush. The beef and chicken shish were moist, wonderfully spiced and delicious. Lusy was very friendly, making sure everything was tasty and took a personal interest in our comfort. Cannot recommend this place enough. You HAVE to go! I ate here with a group of friends and this was one of the best places I've eaten food at in LA. Lusy was really kind and took great care of us, and the food was beyond amazing. I had the falafal wrap and it was delicious! (Don't forget to ask for hot sauce and peppers) I also had the baklava, and trust me buying the full is definitely recommended over buying the half!

Hands down a great find! Love the food. Super cozy! In love with their salad dressing. They have it bottled for you to purchases. Bomb!!
