I remembered seminars that took place a few years ago, in November and for several years, and I went back to a couple of years ago. Unlike past experiences, where the quality and quantity had left me a rather exceptional memory, I was generally disappointed: a fairly average service (supered and runaway server, internal communication that asks question when you have 2 servers that come to ask you for the choice of dishes or desserts a few minutes apart or when you have to remember the order of a bottle of wine well after receiving the seafoods taken.. which is more, given the level of price of the dishes, you can be entitled to have an irreproachable quality for a simple plate of shrimps, eightres and pink shrimp. a real disappointment for this crotoy institution. I'm not sure I'll hear it again.
a real surprise on the menu at 29€ that starts with a tartare of trout in mouth amuse, the suite is perfect, very fresh and well cooked mussels, sauerkraut of the sea (small but copier to wish) etc....Cheese and pie warm apples.Nothing to add on this formula that will surprise you.Just a small flat on the service with two young people who don't have their seats. the chef is very nice nice experience that I would renovate and invite you to let you try.
unforgettable. to arrive 13h the restaurants full poster at the reception is welcomed by the master of the places that doesn't even know to have to live completely to travel towards it is used to give you an example " if it is not happy it takes the door" but madam if it would not be your restaurant would not turn and I think you are not to help them not so surprisingly seeing your levels of service the slow down
the names of the dishes do not correspond to the plates received. meat too cooked and insufficient. even garnish in all plates the wine is very expensive!Wrong value for money
