The quality of the hookah was poor and the service was slow, taking over an hour and a half to address a simple issue. The manager seemed more interested in socializing and smoking hookah with other patrons than ensuring everyone's needs were met. Overall, the experience was disappointing and it seems that customer satisfaction is not a priority. The menu, which used to feature visuals and a variety of options, is now a plain, confusing laminated sheet. While some may appreciate the minimalist design, it can be confusing for newcomers. After multiple disappointing experiences, I have decided not to return with my friends. There are many other hookah bars in the area, and unless they make significant improvements beyond just the aesthetics, I do not see myself returning to this establishment.
I visited this restaurant today and had a great experience. The atmosphere was pleasant with no loud music or disruptive patrons. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The standout aspect of this restaurant is the exceptional service provided by the owner, who is very involved in the business. I highly recommend this establishment and look forward to visiting again in the future.
Had lunch here today and the white and African American waiters i had were amazing!!! Mad the experience one of the best I?ve ever had. The food was super good too. Tried the sweet chili Wings (amazingggg), jerk chicken, grilled chicken sandwich,falooda, and lemonade mojito. Everything was great and the staff was super nice as well!
Perfect place for the weekend to hangout. Positive vibes, good music, good food and nice hookah. Being a hookah lover, for a long time I had this place on my mind.
