Malmaison Brasserie

Had to stay at the hotel, due to a canceled flight. Went to the bar for a quick beer so I thought but I encountered a decent offer of whisky behind the bar. So I started asking the bartender about it, and he just took me to the whisky cage, and my lord, what an amazing offer! Old bottlings, some collectibles, and great standard drama. Callum knows its whiskies and overall behaved like and world class Bartender. Always watching for me and making sure my glass was topped up, always giving great suggestions followed by a good chat and attention to detail, not just with me but with all guests in the room. Even when speeding, he made it look like he smooth service. Very much appreciated for his hospitality and the whole hotel staff in general. Highly recommend. Thank you Callum!

Fantastic evening with friends. Atmosphere, service from Will was great, one of our friends has particular dietary needs and they was looked after very well. Made my friend happy and comfortable. Highly recommend, thank you for taking care of her.

We had Aden waiting on us and he was fabulous! The meal was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. The steaks are out of this world! My daughter was also given a special birthday treat at the end of our meal. Best restaurant ever! We’ll be back.
