Mandeville Seafood

This place is normally very dependable and has great food. However, after my experience today I won't be coming back. I understand that it's lent, but it isn't a secret and they were not ready. I started calling while I was an hour away, to constantly hear a busy tone, poor call in service. I then stopped and tried to order online, that service was down. I drove over and spent 20 minutes to get a parking spot. Then there is the line outside which I stood in for 25 minutes and when I went to place my order I was informed that it WOULD NOT BE REDY FOR AN HOUR AND 1/2.... They lost my business, I won't be back and caution anyone else who attempts to pick up food from here as this level of service is unacceptable.

The BEST Oyster PoBoy and Thin Fried Catfish that I have EVER EATEN ! And I grew up and still frequent NewOrleans and all around there ! I grew up eating seafood at West End’s Fitzgerald’s and Fontana’s ! I have crabbed in Lake Pontchartrain and have fished in all our lakes and rivers for 59 years now ! Believe me, I know great seafood and this was SENSATIONAL !! ????

From out of state, here for work. great food, great customer service! the hospitality from the two ladies at the front (working the curb side delivery) were awesome! highly recommend!
