Manhattan Bagel

I ordered on the line, took my bagel box and they replaced 4 bagels w/o mentioned when I picked up. I had sad children who didn't get their choice. I called and asked to replace the wrong bagels with available options. I had to go back, the 4 wrong bagels (which they were supposed to have honestly said not to worry about) and they told me they would have to charge me for $0.50 more because one of the replacements costs a little more if they should simply replace it. someone must give them a course in customer service. I wish I hadn't loved her as much as I had. ?

I know that covid was a problem for everyone, especially for the food industry. but this place went downhill. my wife always catches me an asiago bagel when she's here because she knows that's my favorite character. the one I pulled out of the bag this morning was a sweat. it was clearly undercooked. it was 2/3 it is normal size (be generous here) and it had 5 finger size impressions on the bottom. not sure if that was not baked enough, but it was pathetic enough to cause this review. I would have embarrassed myself to bring it into a customer's pocket.

Hands down this location is the best. Staff is friendly professional, food is excellent and the atmosphere is great. I live in Doylestown and take the drive here because the service can’t be beat!

THE BAGELS AT THIS LOCATION ARE CONSTANTLY RAWWHAT IS THE PROBLEMA GOOD NEW YORK BAGEL IS CRISPY ON THE OUTSIDE AND BAKED ON THE INSIDEI WILL NEVER BUY BAGELS AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN
