Small and a bit hectic at lunchtime. Very limited seating; assume that it's take out. Boar's Head products, wide assortment of pre defined sandwiches. Side salads (potato, cole slaw) with sandwiches somewhat small. Some hot dishes and grill, but emphasis is on subs. Broad (but shallow, due to limited space) range of convenience store products as well. Bottled beer wine sales (with small selection of liquors) not for consumption on premises. No fountain drinks (but coffee available), only bottled. Closes somewhat early. On street parking limited, but there's a rear lot that isn't immediately obvious (entrance to left of building).
Immediately blown away how much it was from an upbeat and friendly environment. I had ordered the Grilled Reuben, and it came incredibly fast, and I had arrived at lunch. It is also impressive how things run so smoothly despite the small space. The reubs themselves were great, I like they use dark rye. Only really negative is the parking lot, but it works for what it has to do.
This is my breakfast going to place and my “I feel like eating a good sandwich day” place. Everyone here is nice, friendly and always smiling. Service is fast! I love that you can order everything as long as you have it. This place is a must try! FYI, there are parking spaces on the back.
This weekend I ordered a sandwich cellar, macaroni salad and potato salad for a small graduation party. Everything was delicious! Will definitely order from Mansfield Deli again!
