We returned to this restaurant after the change of chef. Unfortunately, the new chef's kitchen is not up to the chef meurin and his stars. Some dishes were lacking seasoning, like the saint-pierre. Some cooking was not mastered (saint-pierre too cooked.) desserts lack elaboration (a very fine sandy with fruit on it. Finally, the portions are too small: a single lobster for the entrance, a pigeon net for the dish... minimal for the dish of saint-pierre (see photo.) while the prices are very high: for flat cheese and dessert. The value/price ratio is therefore to be reviewed. On the positive side, the jars were wanted and very good. the choice of bread was varied, excellent and creative. very good advice from sommelier and beautiful wine map. We have found with pleasure the canister of confectionery. the service was attentive and pleasant. still as charming.
