Sat in drive thru for close to 15 minutes. The outside lane was getting their orders taken ahead of us in the inside lane. Cashier at the window should have been able to take money and orders at the same time. Both windows were occupied by young teenage boys that didn't seem to know what they were doing. Try hiring a few girls to your staff. I've noticed girls seem more qualified than boys to handle a busy drive thru. I will no longer stop at this McDonald's. The one is Smithfield is much faster. This Selma McDonald's has been going down hill for quite some time. So thankful for the Smithfield store. Oh, about forgot to mention that we also ordered my grandson a mcflurry and was told that the machine was down. This is a regular occurance.
I do not understand why my food is always wrong. I do not understand why you guys can't fix the mobile app to let us know what isn't served anymore. I would seriously appreciate instead giving me something I don't want, just to offer a refund. I didn't ask for what you gave me, you just assumed since you needed to replace the sandwiches, not knowing my allergies or food tolerances. I been a loyal customer for some time now but the last 5 times is completely a disaster. Not only I couldn't eat what you did replace but I lost a good 18.00 worth of wasted food. I will no longer be getting anything here until you get this place in order. Let's not forget stale bread I received multiple times. Now that's just rotten of you guys.
This McDonald's restaurant was first opened in 1996 and it always had the big yellow eyebrow on top with beige bricks. The big yellow eyebrow on top with beige bricks exterior design was used since 1996. And this is the only eyebrowed McDonald's building that has an outdoor Playground.
