My kid just wanted the Boo-Bucket. Your digital menu had items displayed - apple slices and juice boxes, for example. But still a big picture of Boo-Bucket. We order 2 happy meals, I ask for ketchup with everyone (and in mine). No Boo-Bucket. They asked, “This is how you want your money back or something?” No single ketchup. And the McRib gave me the worst case of diarrhea I've ever had.
They get 10 stars. Wish I could have stayed and ate slower but I gotta go. The Hostess and waitress were the greatest. Talk about well mannered.

The most rude customer service ever going through. I called to talk to managers, but nobody answered. Don't give these people your business.
