The food was good. The crew was busy what I understand, sometimes it comes to them, but they need a little more communication among themselves. Must wait almost 35 minutes for Mcgriddle and a coffee. In the meantime, they had 5 cars waiting for the designated waiting places, grill people were confused about what orders were done and what had to be done. Sounds as if they delete the commands from the screens, just to avoid time or something and grill people not enough time to prepare them.
That's my favorite MMD's. The staff is great, the food is fresh, and even if something is wrong, the staff makes it right. For example, if the ice machine is cleaned and I already paid for it, they apologize politely and give me options to solve it. I personally drive through app services. I'm impressed every time.
They used to be the worst McDonald's. Mix orders and serve cold food. The lady who went through most nights makes it. I've never had a bad experience with Tessie to take orders. Now my food is always fast, accurate and hot. Yall must give her a raise because she saved this place.
Just popped in for a quick breakfast. I ordered burritos and paid. They were out, the cashier called the manager on duty for a refund. The young man did an OUTSTANDING job handling the transaction. He simple gave me something else of greater value. The entire team did GREAT!
