I went in to pickup a quick breakfast for my daughter and a coffee 11/20 1030am. I ordered online so my order was pretty quick and no lines. There were alot of people in the lobby waiting for their food and to order. The way customers were treating theMcDonald's employees were horrible. In the 20 minutes of sitting at the table and waiting for my daughter to eat her breakfast,it was nothing but complaints and angry people abusing the employees. One employee named Michelle took most of the grunt sinceshe was working the register. She handled herself well and diffused the situations and put on a smile for the next customerwithout flinching. She is a prime example of why she deserves the recent pay raise for minimum wage. Before I left I made sureto thank her for being her and wished her a great day.
Saw all the bad reviews and decided, even out. This is our favorite place near us. It has a super fun and elaborate indoor play area. It feels really safe because it bathroom access in the game zone. There are almost always friends to play, but it never feels too full. The staff is friendly and brings your food to you. It could be cleaner, but it's acceptable. It is a cheap place to feed my children and let them run around for an hour. I don't know what you all expected, but we always have a great time.
I?m only giving a 5 star because of Melissa working the the drive thru, she is was supper nice unlike other people. Best service I have experienced in all my years of going to a McDonalds. ????????
I don't want to be mean. Look at me. I ordered a Big Mac food, not a salad. The girl in the pick-up window gave me a Quarter Pounder meal with salad. I had very little time for lunch today.
