Our customer from this crew was outstanding. ?? We were totally disappointed in the food. ? ? I'm sure the food quantity and measurements are a higher up management decision I hope that it did not come from corporate . But if it did I am totally shocked at the McDonald's corporation. I ordered a filet of fish and my husband had the 10 piece chicken nugget. The filet of fish came with a half a slice of cheese in the attached picture you can barely see the chase because it's covered by some bread only try to pull the bread off to show you) And some tartar sauce. My husband's chicken nuggets look like they had been cut in half, not the usual, thick and plump chicken nuggets that they sold for such a long time. We were so excited to be able to go to McDonald's for as a change of pace as are many other Americans you have not been able to go out to different places to eat and have fun, because of this current pandemic. It was shocking to see that a major corporation, such as, McDonald's would sale smaller portions and slightly increase their prices. Again, the staff was wonderful very courteous and professional ? ?. We appreciate the new kiosk screen that shows your total on the screen in a large graphic Manor. That was a plus because sometimes the speaker systems at some McDonald's does not work well. I hope that McDonald's returns to serving proper portions of food. Families as well as individuals are truly counting their pennies but when you have an opportunity to go out and enjoy yourself you would like to know that you're receiving quality food and getting a awesome bang for your buck.
I would give a negative if possible, the worst customer service I received at a fast meal. Waited 25mins to get 2 drinks and a ckn Sandwiwich before you cancel my order. The worker didn't wear facial cover. The trip by staff asked 2x what we ordered. I wanted to cancel my order and refund my money. 1. Management tried to argue with me. I told him I didn't want to argue that I just needed my refund. The next manager came up and was more angry because there was a line that was stopped and told me to go ahead and they would bring me my money. I told her I wouldn't have to wait any longer and didn't want to move forward. She said if I didn't move forward, she'd call the police. Why would she even threaten to call her. She should have returned my $4.18. I didn't scream because I caused drama. I asked for my money back. I moved forward because I didn't want any more stress. At no time, someone apologised for our waiting or for any stress. I waited a total of 35 minutes to go with nothing but stress. There were only 2 cars before when we, both with what seemed to be small orders.
Well let's start by saying been going to this fast food joint for as far back as I can remember very close to 40 year's you can say.The only reason I don't give a perfect 5 stare is do to some of the different location have a more advanced coffee stations me personally find them better than big name coffee shops almost can't go without a cup of Joe every day so keep up the good work McDonald's and keep going with the coffee specials mocha latte frappe the whole 9 yards.?
Did not take my order on window. I was on my semi truck and walked to windowto order, and manager told me that only cars are allowed to make orders. Ended up crossing the street to Taco Bell, which is letting costumers walk in and order food.
