Mcdonald's - Tisch reservieren

After my visit (26/12) via the click and collect, I wanted to bring you back my very bad experience. Rather accustomed to this restaurant because we make almost 1 order a week, I must tell you that this one has been catastrophic at any point of view. After a long wait (30 min on the parking lot, not counting the time of reception of the deposit), the order was given cold and incomplete. Cold because before giving the wrong order number to your agent when I went to the withdrawal window while I communicated what he asked me. Complete order because the 2 happy meals were missing. He came back with the 2 happy meals and missed a croq macdo. Your collaborator told me that the order was checked and that there should be no mistake. He asked me to come with him after consulting his superior. The person I had to do to be rude, unpleasant and not professional. I was accused of claiming a croq macdo three times. The one I ordered was enough for my child. I was refunded the order (following my request) because before he came to the mind of anyone to redo it, which should have been the least of things because at 9:30 we are hungry. I'm very unhappy with you. No customer consideration. So far no answer to my email.

Although the staff is understaffed because of the covid, the covid keeps his goodness, his smile and remains attentive to the client.
