It is obvious that the brand as a whole focuses on quality, commitment, efficiency and even order accuracy. This place is a reflection of it. Today was the store FULL. I ordered before most others and the entire store was served before me. There was a young man who immediately worked with his team to prepare my order, then added a few small extras. I started saying that Dude isn't even my order. I'm NOT a shy person and I'm not afraid to call someone out. He said it was to wait, sir. Not only did he show that he took care of him, he extinguished a customer care before it even happened because I expressed my concern. Keep working hard over there, team!
This morning's coffee included some great jokes from the facility IT guy who happened to be here installing an upgrade.
