Mcdonald’s - Tisch reservieren

CATASTROPHIC!!!!! Honestly today was too much. Place an order (1 cheese and 4 nuggets) from the app. (A notification saying that you have to be there quickly) which I hasten to do. Arriving there 10 minutes after payment, I show my order number to one of the 6 ladies there. They answer me: WAIT! 5min: OK.— 10min I ask please?? 6 ladies look at me and totally ignore me!! — 15 min: I feel obliged to raise my voice and please?? No one answers me, that's too much, I had to get angry with the first one and be unpleasant. The order had been lying around for 20 minutes in front of all the ladies in the kitchen. The manager/manager should really clarify these teams regarding the reception of customers because the bad will of these people is absurd. I happily await a response from the very professional manager I suppose if any information is missing.

Cold fries are a shame. Nuggets are only slightly warm. Cheeseburgers are moderate and no longer warm. The food is expensive and not really warm. McDonald's has declined massively. It's a shame...but it's not getting any better...

Tables and chairs not clean. Floor dirty!! Why is there no more checking and cleaning? This is part of continuous improvement! Hygiene is also important. I don't want to know what the kitchen looks like.

Ulfete toujours souriante. Aimable. Good service. Rien à redire. Ulfete very nice. Always a smile on your face. Fast and efficient
