Soda was GROSS!!! Never had a bad experience with McDonald?s SPRITE! this was terrible. Tried another flavor tasted just as bad. Like , minerals iron flat carbonation. Service was terrible. Got our order wrong even after putting it in INSIDE the store , AFTER mobile ordering! They acted as if they didn?t want to service us. Store was completely empty the ?manager? was organizing sauces and pretended to NOT hear my nephews I at the register! Overall a bad experience. Nuggets were dried up , overcooked and barely edible. Fries were dark , crispy and unsalted. I wish I could?ve gotten a refund. Nephews wanted some nice lunch after Black Friday shopping but NOPE. this location 0 stars if I could. Via the location , I?d expected more from this restaurant. Not again.
To all people that complain about bad Service in Jordan creek McDonald’s. Let my tell you something when you fine missing things it doesn’t mean that the staff and employees are bad. We as employees working to give you the best of what we can do to make you happy. So please don’t hurt others while they’re trying to give you something that you will leave the place and be happy about. We’re humans too and we get tired while we are giving you the best service. Remember that we have hearts and feelings.
I gave a five star because of first impression, one of the smallest McDonald's I've ever been to, nice friendly staff, restaurant was clean and up to date an one of the best wheelchair accessible entrance I've seen at a business location very impressive and service was really great.
This McDonald's has been here for as long as I can remember. Never had an issue. The busy intersection makes it take a minute to get in and out. Aside from that though very above average. I mean its still McDonald's. Seems to taste better here though, like fresher.
