Every time I visit the drive-thru or place an order via SkipTheDishes, there's always a missing essential: the straw.It may seem trivial to some, but when I'm handed a sealed drink without its much-needed companion, the whole essence of convenience goes out of the window. What's the point of a drive-thru or delivery service if I need to park, walk into the establishment, and ask for something as basic as a straw? This isn’t just a one-off oversight; it's become a recurring issue.McDonald's, you've built your brand on the foundation of fast and efficient service. But it seems even the basics are being overlooked now. Cathy was awesome and showed our group such great support, helping with a few kids who are on the spectrum, to ensure they had a great experience.
