McDonald's - Tisch reservieren

I felt like something quick and easy whilst traveling for work and didn't want to sit in the hotel restaurant on my own and wait for food. Decided to walk to Maccas and try the create your taste menu. I ordered using the touch screens which is a great concept. the restaurant was busy but not crazy. After a few minutes a lady called my number and I thought wow that was quick but no she was just checking that what I had ordered was in fact correct as I had ordered the lettuce leaf wrap to replace the buns. Once I informed her I indeed order that she seemed a little baffled and went off to tell the kitchen.15 minutes later I received my food. 15 minutes. Just not good enough. Food was actually ok but at no stage was i told sorry we have run out of anything or did i want to change anything - no I just stood there for 15 minutes.To top it off there is advertising everywhere about the monopoly promotion and also the amount of things you get per item and combos etc. I should have got 6 and all i got were the 2 on my drink. Oh and I also had to ask for my fries and drink as she tried to just give me my burger. Seriously poor service

One of the worst maccas I've been to. Been a number of times, drive thrums shocking, they get your order wrong constantly, no customer service to speak of and food is worse than other McDonald's.Dining in is marginally better. Regularly need to ask for tables to be cleaned, but service is better and playground good for the younger ones.All up - better to go find another maccas, there are three more within a 10 minute radius.

After a medical appointment at a nearby Medical Centre I dropped in for a small light breakfast.Store is clean and modern and service was quite prompt. Certainly more organised than the nearby Hungry Jacks.I tried the mighty muffin which is described as "Two rashers of bacon, egg, cheese and a sausage patty on an English muffin."At less than $5 was filling and satisfied my morning hunger.

Sydenham McDonald's always have a reputation for sloppy service. We always say we'll never come back to that store but fall into the trap. You need to pull over & check your order before driving off. The burgers always seem like they've been slopped together, everything hanging out.

Popped in for a hot cappaciano and banana bread. Was very nice and enjoyable with my pet dog Berkeley. .Been there a few times with my dog.
