McDo de Poissy. There's a problem with organisation and teams. I don't know if it's an inadequate staffing problem, lack of teamwork training, but we feel that everyone in there is outdated. When I come it's often for big orders to take away (approx. 100€ for a large family. Not necessarily in peak time, often on Saturday at the beginning of the evening. The other time it was Berezina. Not a client had what he needed. Seeing that I ask the manager at the time of recovering my order if she is certain that everything is there. I admit I didn't want to check all the bags. She tells me yes. I trust. I arrived at my parents' house, there was a bag of Nuggets and a big potatoes. It's really pissing. A large potato is 4€. I didn't go back there because of course on a whole order I wasn't going to push everything... but was what I was TRES MECONTENTE? Yes. I don't understand what's wrong. I was a student, I worked in the food and a shop that my mom had where we carved at 400/600 customers a day in small team, small spaces, to be versatile, to move the buttocks and to BIEN SERVIR customers. Whether it's McDo or 4*, we pay for something, we have the right to be well served. I don't throw the stone on people in particular but I think management should be a little more controlling and investing to improve these short-term failures that will lose customers.
