Tried to go through the drive through, no one in the parking lot, one car behind me in the drive through. was told they are only doing online or delivery orders. When asked why was told because there was 2 employees there. I worked at a McDonald’s for 3 years, from fry station to management, and worked many times with only one other person there with me through rushs. And talked to my coworkers which have had similar experiences.
Sad that an American standard has gotten this bad. Food is average at best service isn't good, decor is depressing. Time to move
Sometimes the biscuits could be a little softer but the iced coffees are great compared to the other surrounding locations.
About wjat I expect from McDonalds but slower survice than normal.
