Don't chance it, customers. Franchisee, Teach your employees these are real animal products they are handling. So much waste here because employees don't prepare items to order. Absolutely sad. They don't get it here. The drive through was only speaking mixed English and Spanish, making it difficult to understand, then they would mock me saying they don't understand what I'm saying when repeating my order several times in different ways to try and work around their lack of understanding... No standards here. After the 3rd time in two years visiting this location, each time the order is wrong, even when the screen is clearly displayed correctly. The employees here seem to be playing games. I have allergies. I'm done giving chances to a company that does not hold standards or train about their impacts or seem to care about their customers health, people could cease to exist by eating here. Try the other restaurants in the area; for your health.Dietary restrictions: They did not take allergies seriously and I could not eat the food. How this place is still in business I have zero clue.
