Very poorly run, managers seem incapable of any coherent training, One manager was shouting at her staff from across the restaurant. When I said to the staff member what it was he had done, he said I don't know but if I ask I will be sacked. Hard to grasp why anyone would work there. The service was in turmoil inside but outside was even worse with queues across the car park. I could here shouting coming from the back of the restaurant. I regularly go here because its on my way home so I can see that it needs sorting out. If Mc Donalds have special measures it should instigate them here so we can get some decent service back.
Visited on Friday about 5pm. It was busy, went through drive through. Once again we are trusty idiots and not checked our order when it arrived into the car. Once again item was missing. Doughnut, £2.05 for Doughnut and it's not in the bag!!! This is not the first time item is missing from our order. There was no cheese bites in it last time, there was no mozzarella sticks in our order bag before that. Always something. I understand they are young people working, tired after school and they are under pressure but why doesn't senior member of staff completes orders so they don't make those mistakes?!
In all honesty it’s not great but what else do you expect from a place like McDonalds. It certainly isn’t fast food and the managers seem to hate the younger staff but aside from that the staff are great at rectifying mistakes. The toilets are a biohazard but probably unavoidable due to the mass amount of teenagers using the place as a youth club.
Food was average as expected with fast food. But the service recieved from a particular worker, named Ethan, was exceptional. He was polite, professional and actually considered how he packaged the food etc. Thanks ethan :
