General manager was rude including shift manager. Didn’t honors deals on the apps. Instead they stated they are not part of McDonald corporation . They are franchises and paid full price on our meals. Why McDonald inviting people on the apps and advertising to come and get the deals since McDonald restaurant not honoring the promotion ?? For future customers don’t bother to come and expect to get a better service in this place. Find other McDonald’s instead here. Very rude service in here!
Their customer service is absolutely horrible!! When you walk in, they don’t even greet you and they automatically expect you to use the kiosk. I had to pay cash and stood at the register for over 10 minutes before I finally said, is anyone working the register? The girl came over, took my money and handed me my change. Didn’t say one word to me, then walked away. I said, am I supposed to get my own cup? She yelled back yep! Seriously!!!!!
The worst service! Can't even get a drive through order right and these losers expect to get $15 an hour?? Waited over 30 minutes in the drive through and the guy took my food to the wrong car then said he would be back... never came back. Had to go inside and waited 15 more minutes until I got fed up and walked out without any food. A bunch of brain dead people working here. It's McDonald's FFS, not rocket science. This place sucks.
worst mcdonald’s ever. i ordered big max sauce and i didn’t get it. also the lady speaking through the microphone was being really rude. when i was getting my food i hear workers in the back fighting. there was also a wait for receiving the food and for them taking my order.
