I've never had such a terrible experience with a fast food restaurant. We had a card problem in the drive thru, so we decided to go inside to not keep the line. When we entered, the front counter was completely free from any employee. Two young girls stood near the McFlurry machine, giggling and playing battle and glancing over us. Some other employees recognized our presence, but spoke further among themselves and about workplace drama. Another young girl wearing a McDonald's uniform (which I thought I was on break), approached the counter and began to search through customer pockets waiting to be picked up. This in itself is disgusting, but during a global pandemic is even worse. We were standing in the lobby for about 10 minutes before one of the two girls in the back hesitantly approached the counter. She took our order, then she informed us that it would be soon. It was in fact, shortly, but at the expense of two forgotten drinks. We had to remind the girl of the counter a few times of these drinks just to get watered, eclectic water. I'll never put foot in this facility again. All Fast Food places in Armuchee are down in the barrel, and this proves it easy. I really hope something is done to improve this store, but I doubt it very much if you consider how bad they choose to rent their people.
That's probably one of the best McDonald's I was on for a while. The staff is friendly, the orders are filled correctly, and the place is cleaner than expected. With all the COVID problems that continue, they do a good job of distance tables and deliver your orders to your table in a timely and professional way. My children and I visited the church several times. Kudos to the staff and thanks for your work during these difficult times you will see again soon!
Used app to order board pickup. Sign said they would deliver the order in about 5 minutes. That was right, but when I got the food home, it was cool and seemed to have to sit around for a while. We threw away as much as we ate.
Bad attitudes of young ladies who spend food. In customer service, communication is the key. You need to learn some manners. Eating is speed is always on point, but the lack of smiling faces is unattractive.
