I was very hungry and wanted to eat something quick. There is only one restaurant in Sissach. The shift manager was so aggressive towards me that only a hair was missing that it escalated. But after so many accusations, I still remained calm. In spoken German she tried to accuse me of having taken pictures of the restaurant. But I just wanted to show a voucher from my cell phone so that I could eat a hamburger at a discount. Then she served me food and apologized profusely a hundred times. And this woman introduces new employees! According to other reviews, countless customers are dissatisfied with the restaurant and it seems to be a long term success in Sissach. The system testaurant has a Google grade of 3.7 which is very low and it looks like the management doesn't do anything doesn't even give feedback to the loyal customers. Neither appreciation nor improvement in sight. In the end, the restaurant owners complain that there is no demand no wonder if the guests are treated like this. It's a shame that BK doesn't have any competition yet.
It would be an advantage if you understand German when ordering, or Swiss German, since I'm in my own country, so that you can get the order correctly.
