Knowing that the times are variable, I make a hook to pass in front, at any time. A paper on the front opens at 3:30. It's Sunday, it's 3:30. I'll park further and tell me I'll wait a bit. 15:42, the curtain is still closed and the paper remains there. Fortunately, I didn't do 10km on purpose. I don't have problems with the variable schedules, but when we announce an hour of opening on a trade we're here. I hope when it's open, it's worth it...
