The rooms are clean and comfortable although slightly dated. The service was good and the staff very friendly even though neither of us are fluent in Spanish. Great location close to the A334 and only 15 minutes walk into central Arboleas. The digital room keys were a bit of an issue and didn’t always work and we had to get them reset several times during our stay. Other guests we spoke to had the same problem. We stayed over the May Labour Day Bank Holiday. The bar and restaurant closed on the Saturday evening and remained closed until we left. Unfortunately no one told us this when we checked in. On the bright side it made us check out other places to eat in the area.
We stayed here for 4 nights whilst visiting family, hotel is okay, room is pretty basic. Room was clean and tidy maid left clean towels every day, bed was slightly hard, but we found it comfortable. Anna very friendly and helpful, and worked hard to keep the hotel running smooth. We had breakfast there one morning, food was a little cold. We heard about the tapas and how good this was....didn't try it. The hotel could do with a little up dating, and the outside a clean up, but dont forget your in a remote area. We enjoyed our short stay here, and for the cost of the room was reasonable price.
We popped in for drinks on a hot day, and as we had our dog with us, sat outside in the sun at the tables by the roadside. The waitress came out to take our order and then immediately insisted we go into the cool bar with our dog to cool down in the window of the bar. Very friendly, lovely people here. Cold beer and water plus a good selection of tapas. what’s not to like?
Great little place for tapas €1.20 each course. Menu of the day was great. Not very good at the lingo yet but the staff were very patient and efficient
