Metzgerwirt - Tisch reservieren

Von außen ist das nichts Außergewöhnliches und auch von außen betrachtet ist es eine ganz normale Tiroler Wirtschaft. Es ist etwas altmodisch, aber dennoch intim und das Hotel war immer sauber und ordentlich, zumindest bei unserem letzten Besuch. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an vielen Arten von Speisen auf der Speisekarte und ich habe mich teilweise durch sie gearbeitet und hatte das Gefühl, dass es an der Zeit ist, ihnen eine Bewertung zu geben. Es ist ein Familienbetrieb, in dem Papa den Großteil zum Kochen macht und der Junge sich zusammen mit seiner Schwester oder Frau um die Gäste kümmert, ich habe nicht gefragt. Um ehrlich zu sein, interessiere ich mich beim Ausgehen viel mehr für das Essen, das ich bekomme, als dafür, wer das Lokal tatsächlich führt. Ich muss sagen, dass die Tomatensuppe hier die beste hausgemachte Suppe ist, die ich je gegessen habe. es ist nur ein Traum. Die andere Sache, die sie besonders gut machen, ist das Lammbraten am Sonntag. Es war kein sehr großer Teil, den ich bekam, aber er reichte aus, um meine Geschmacksknospen vor Schreck zu erschüttern. Ich habe noch nie in meinem Leben so gut geschmeckt. Meine Frau hat normalerweise eine Mischung aus Fisch und Salat und ich hatte alles vom Grillgericht bis zur Pizza. Ich kann ehrlich sagen, dass wir hier noch nie schlecht gegessen haben. Es ist angemessen, obwohl das Getränk etwas billiger sein könnte, aber das Essen ist so gut, dass es kein Grund zur Beschwerde ist. Der freundliche Service und das schöne Essen machen dies zu einem Ort, an den wir zurückkehren werden. Bemerkenswert ist, dass sie das ganze Jahr über das Schild „Geöffnet“ hinterlassen, obwohl sie wegen ihres Urlaubs geschlossen sind. einen Buchungswert und eine Reservierung.

From the outside this is nothing out of the ordinary and even on entering it is just a normal Tirolean Wirtschaft. It is a bit old fashioned but quaintly so and the place is always clean and tidy or has been at least on our last 5-6 visits. There is a great choice of many types of food on the menu and having worked our way partly through it I felt it was time to be able to give them a review.It is a family run business where dad does most of the cooking and the boy looks after the guests along with either his sister or wife, I didn’t ask.To be honest when I go out I am much more interested in the food I get than who is actually running the place.I have to say that the tomato soup in here is the best homemade soup I have ever had. It is simply a dream. The other thing they do exceptionally well is roast lamb on a Sunday. It wasn’t a very big portion I got but it was enough to shake the taste buds into shock. I have never in my life tasted any lamb quite as good as this.My wife normally has a mixture of fish with salad and I have had everything from the grill teller to pizza. I can honestly say we have never had a bad meal in here. It is reasonably priced although the drink could be a fraction cheaper but the food is so good that this is not a complaint.The friendly service and lovely food make this a place that we will continue to return to. One thing to watch out for though is that they leave the OPEN sign out all year, even though they are closed for their holiday. Worth booking and getting a reservation for.

Während unseres Aufenthalts in Niederndorf ließen wir uns in einem Pickel nieder, wo wir aßen. Wir fanden dieses charmante Hotel und waren vom Essen und dem Service nicht enttäuscht. (plus kein Fliegen), die an anderer Stelle problematisch erscheinen,
