I had been wanting to go to this place for ages so was really looking forward to it but me and my friends were utterly disappointed and I thought I really had to share our experience to avoid someone else 's night being ruined! Firstly, they took aprox. 45 mins just to bring us drinks excuse: the place is busy (so no apology just a way of saying it is what it is! . Cocktails are ridiculously small for the price and even then, the glass isn 't filled to the top (their excuse: that 's the way they make them! Then, with the food, they got the order completely wrong, bringing things we hadn 't ordered and 2 or 3 times (complete waste !! The food is masked with spicy condiments so really can 't taste what you are eating and some dishes were cold... We left over half of it there... But the worst part is that when we complained the manager was so rude and unapologetic! Apparently it was our fault the service was bad because instead of waiting silently for hours to get some attention, we had asked different waiters what was going on... At the end of the meal, we asked for them to review the high bill (super expensive! considering the disastrous service and the best they could come up with was to bring us a shot (something we didn 't ask for nor wanted! . It is a shame because the decor is very cool and the music is fun but, for me, this isn 't enough for a restaurant of that price level. I wouldn 't recommend nor would i return. Shame...
The restaurant has definitely better ambiance inside as it looks from outside. Cool decorations, it can get quite loud though. The food was good, it was a lot so the price is acceptable for the size of the plate. The staff was very friendly. Good dinner overall. Perfect for a casual date or a dinner with friends.
Excellent fajitas! Large portions, very friendly and quick service, very nice view on the lake from the terrace. Highly recommend!
Amazing service, nice and warm atmosphere. Food was great. Menu card is clear and price is fair. Our dog Lui was also happy.
