Diverse, vor Ort gebraute Craftbiere können hier getestet genossen werden. Nicht ganz preiswert, aber mit Blick auf die Vor Ort Herstellung sind die Preise in Ordnung. Die Kessel etc. sind sichtbar. Man merkt dem Inhaber, Florian, und seinen Mitarbeitern an, dass sie das Balthazar mit Begeisterung betreiben. Die Essensauswahl ist auf selbst hergestellte leckere Pizza in verschiedenen Sorten beschränkt (auch eine vegane Variante ist dabei). Wer etwas anderes essen möchte, findet vor dem Besuch im Balthazar in der direkten Umgebung genügend Optionen. Täglich geöffnet ab 17 Uhr und gerade ab ca. 20 Uhr sehr gut besucht.
Warm bar, a wide choice of homemade brewed beers, very good (and it is pleasant to find beers with a low alcohol rate, not to be knocked out! And better than charcuterie and cheese: pizza parts, delicious. A collection furniture, BD pages as tapestry, excerpts from films projected on a wall: an address to remember for evenings with friends!
An incredible place, both by the atmosphere and the quality of beer produced on site! And to accompany these excellent bieres, pizzas and focaccias prepared with top quality products...A must-see place if you want to have a good evening....
We found ourselves in the neighborhood with friends and looking for a place to land and we're thrilled to have landed in this brewery. Beers are original and good and pizza parts a real killing! Don't hesitate!
