I'm staying in Mildiss' restaurant (I'm not talking about the hotel. We ate 3 times during our stay so I can really make my opinion. All the dishes were cruelly lacking salt, it was very faint. I pointed out to them and the answer was: when you put too much a clientele, then we decided to put much less but don't hesitate to ask us the salt. During our stay, there were not many elderly people. It's a little easy as an answer. And then a dish that is not seasoned in the heart will remain faint, even adding salt... In ALL dishes too, there is a big problem of proportion of toppings. A mini carrot, a slice of mini zucchini (purple but stop with mini vegetables, it's fashion but it's kitsch!!! and a puck is not enough. I really felt like eating dietary meals, it lacks fat juice, good sauces, GOURMANDISE! The merlu with the trumpets of death: already it is hungry because not salted, but also the trumpets of death have been reduced to powder to make it a crust on the fish... what damage to mushrooms, especially that they are absolutely not felt. I was not transported to tastes or visuals. On the other hand, you'll be through.
