I added a star. gm called and followed to apologize for the experience. he took the time to follow personally, and this shows worrying. this experience could not have deteriorated. eating was brought out at different times and waitress said someone took part in their order. credit card machine went down after we had already boxed and they wanted to write our card information on a piece of paper; the machine they use does not even work with new cards. Nobody knew what to do. platz was totally chaos. chicago ridge police came to an end because the customer was so angry. manager never came to the table once, even after we waited for half an hour for her and asked for her several times. they had fed chefs/bus boys at the door, who intimidate customers and tell them they could not go. a customer pointed out that he had a pocket knife as a reaction to employees, as if they held the hostage of the customer down to the system. and we will never be back. Moreover, the meat loaf tasted as if it was several days old and the salat was so watery that my man could hardly eat it. I was regularly in miller’s ale and I never knew what I did tonight. but I usually go with the customer during the day. Night staff is not competent and the manager is terrible. this situation was a service problem, hiccups pass and the customer remained calm for a long time before he gets upset. their handling was 100% the reason for the disorder. Imagine going into a restaurant where the THEIR system no longer worked, they wait for half an hour to get up again (after eating) while they refuse to serve them as they wait because they can not ring anything, and then be treated like a criminal because they don't want someone to write their card information below. So they can write my map info, but not my order while I wait for them? I understand that help is difficult to find, but even one of the employees has pointed out how dissatisfied the manager was. this place is really on the hill.
