After my order was horribly incorrect yesterday, I foolishly place another order at this resturant. This time, it was even worse. To start, all items were room temp, so I had no clue how long they were sitting out and if they were safe to eat so they had to be thrown away. On top of that, both of the two items I ordered were missing sides. If that wasnt enough, my experience with doordash support was just as unacceptable. I was disconnected multiple times and had to restart the chat. I would get a message asking "what was wrong with your order" and then literally 5 seconds later, Id get another message saying "are we still connected" and then a few seconds after that "since we havent heard from you, were closing this chat". I had to spam text them just to avoid being disconnected. After I explained that I spend well over a thousand dollars a year on doordash and expect a full refund this one time, I was offered less than 50% refund (even though the entire order was unsafe to eat and had to be thrown away) and that was in doordash credits, which can only be spent on door dash (aka, the company store). In short, dont order from Minellas and dont order from doordash. This was my last order from both. Based on my experience, I half expect this review to be taken down for some sketchy reason like "violations the terms of condition" (aka, you cant say anything bad about Doordash) but the other half of me is thinking this org is so poorly run, theyll never even see this review. Doordash is a horrible company that exploits both its drivers and the resturants that use their service, and cares even less about their customers.
