if they order mobile, they check their order before they go! picked up a mobile order, they never have anything about not having done, not actually ordering as ordered. I just gave it to me like no problem. I came to my car and just let me discover that my order was wrong. I wanted to go back and ask why it was not correct. asked why the entry did not notice any bohnen and why they did not call (they have in the past as a number is required to order in the app, and they have in the past). the casser said she knew it was wrong and said nothing to the person that makes it. she wanted to tell me that she tried to find my number to call me, but couldn't find it (it's printed on the acknowledgement that she stacked in the bag of wrong food then as 6 times). manager credited the burrito that I used my birthday coupon and apologised that they could not find my number. if I had come home, I'd have to go back 30 minutes. the fact that they have made this knownly wrong and did not seem disturbed is disappointing. this franchise went to the hill and I will not spend my money here. terrible customer service.

This moes never lets me down! They are always so friendly!!! Ray, who made our food tonight, had the best attitude despite getting an online order for 10 items while the line was to the door. He was friendly, cracking jokes, and having actual conversations with customers which seemed to brighten everyone 's day. There were quite a few impatient customers in front of us, but every single staff member helped them with smiles on their faces. They ran into register issues, online order issues, but never showed a single sign of aggravation. Even with all the hiccups they made our food within 10 minutes and it was still hot when we got to sit down. They also made it a priority to greet every single customer with the classic welcome to moes! After we sat down and began eating, Ray made sure to check in with us and see how everything came out Easily the best experience I 've ever had at a moes. We 'll always come back to this one!!!

prices are so ridiculously high here! I have a children's quesadilla and a bowl of queso and I remember the sum of about 9-10 dollars for the same, but the whole last night came to 17 dollars. then come to find out a bowl of queso is $9 that is ridiculous. the bowl of queso was more expensive than my meal itself. never go until the prices fall!

Figured I would give Moe’s a try again after I got very sick years ago. Not much has changed except I didn’t get sick this time. The food is average at best. The bowl I got was decent but the chips were stale. Save your money and go to Chipotle!
