Extremely disappointed on site. I used to be my favorite. Recently the service was absolutely terrible and the portions are not worth it. Night (7/25/22) I had the absolute WORST experience. I was alone with my two nine months old twins in the car. I ordered CURBSIDE for obvious reasons. When I arrived, I called the store as directed and never spoke to a person. I was 10 minutes in my hand. There was no big line at all. I set up my twins (which can't go because 9 months? and asked for my boarding order. They told me they'd make it and take it to my car. I went back to my car and they brought it a few minutes later, as they said they would. Everything was fine, mistakes happen, all right. I checked my bowl before I left to be sure. You didn't add my steak or the ranch I asked. I had to go to LEAVE MY BABIES in MY CAR and ask for the Steak and Ranch, which was printed clearly on the entrance on the bowl. The lady who works, said? We're from Ranch that I answered? Okay, what about the steak I paid for? They took my bowl behind the counters and gave me some steaks and gave them back to me. I'm not back to this place. I'll take the extra miles to the Cartersville location because I never had a problem there. I'm really not one to make a scene or leave reviews, but that was ridiculous. And while we re on it, my mother ordered to pick up about 10 minutes before I did, and she left her queen. Moes on shorter, please better.
Worst experience I?ve ever had here. Slow service, no welcome, actively ignored the line multiple times even though there were workers just standing behind the counter. Worst service came from the cashier who must?ve been some kind of manager- he was sure acting like a task master making the others do his little errands while he stood there and spoke rudely to regular customers. He refused our student discounts that we were gladly given two days ago, he walked away multiple times during my payment transaction, swiftly and rudely answered questions and when my friend asked for a drink cup the cashier just walked away. My friend had to get the drink cup himself! My other friend asked for a spoon cause we were all going to share a bowl of queso, the cashier asked if there weren?t spoons by the drink station (which there were not) and she told him no, he responded with ?here?s your stupid spoon?. The service here is always been wonderful and quick but today it was absolute garbage. We?ll all be sure to think twice before returning here for a while. Hopefully the sub-standard service and the task master of an employee working the register will be re-trained.
The choices of food are limited but the size and service make up for it..... You can't beat the location, these college girls running around in the springtime attire is enough to bring me back time an time again. Always love to go to Moe?s SG and Rome, GA location is no exception. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant clean. The well maintained parking lot. Always a darling!
